I had three interviews for the Agency Operations Manager position at TikTok. The first interview was with the HR manager, lasted about 20 minutes, and took place in a friendly atmosphere. At the end of our conversation, she informed me that she was ready to schedule the next one. The questions were standard; the most complicated was, "How would you deal with a difficult client?"
The second interview was with the division manager, who was very pleasant. The discussion focused on understanding the platform, TikTok tools, and behavioural questions. My performance wasn't perfect, and he even offered me some advice. However, I managed to move on to the next step. By the time of the last interview, I was prepared to answer the most challenging questions, but to my surprise, I wasn't asked any, which left me confused. Later, I realised that they had probably already made their choice by that time, and it wasn't me.
