First, began with a three-minute conversation in Chinese as a warm-up, then proceeded with the English interview, during which I was asked around ten questions. The entire interview lasted about 30 minutes.

A long interview process with five rounds. Questions related to previous experience, specific situations related to procurement and negotiation. Initially I was told it would b a four week process, I planned my interviews with other companies around this timeline so that the outcomes would be at similar times. After my final round (week 4), I was told it would take another 2-3 weeks. I had other offers so had to withdraw from the application process. A shame how the communication was handled but all interviewers very friendly and open.
