The interview process for TikTok was quick. It started with a call from the recruiter and then an interview with one of the recruiters. It lasted for about 30 minutes
First interview with HR focused on my experience and influencer selection. Second round with the hiring manager included more detailed questions about the structure, dynamics, and functioning of the TikTok Live environment.
