Poor experience applying with TikTok. After submitting my application, I received an email invitation for a 1st stage interview from HR which I responded to promptly with my availability. It's been 3 months since I replied back and still have not received an update even after chasing a couple of times. I'm unsure as to why they would request an interview and not reply back to continue the process with a candidate. Speaks volumes about the culture and a massive red flag from my POV.

Five stage interview - Inclusive of initial recruiter screening via phone call. All very friendly but long wait periods between each and minimal communication, meaning I had to chase regularly for status updates. Lengthy but worth it in the end.

It was very organized, through headquarters (?). That's probably because it was a new global branch opening. Pleasant interview over zoom during pandemic. The response time was within a week.
