So chaotic. I was strung along a few months of interviews only to be ghosted towards the end. There was the standard recruiter, hiring manager, cross functional stakeholders interview rounds. They all went well and relatively straightforward. The recruiting team is just a bit of a mess and all over the place

A really technical case and how to solve the pain point.
There are in total 4rounds including 2 rounds with senior peers and 1 round with +1 and round with HR, not that difficult. But I think the experience match is most important……..
