Interview process was overall straightforward with a few changes of HRs along the way. Had a really great chat, even made my interviewer laugh and thank me for my time. But then weird thing happen, got rejected after that. Seems the thousands of reviews of how interviews went well and then suddenly rejected is a real thing at tiktok. Super lengthy process and confusing how discussions are made.

Numerous interviews, time intensive and skill testing project. Ultimately, didn’t get the job but felt the process was fairly adjudicated. Wasn’t always clear exactly what they were looking for in the ideal candidate.

I had two phone interviews on separate days. Both were casual and informative. The recruiter was kind, relaxed and took the time to thoroughly explain the position and the department structure.
