The usual big tech process.
Starting with a quick call with the recruiter who reached out, followed by the hiring manager and then the rest of the team members ending with the teams that will be working closely with.

The HR ghosted me completely after the final round of interview ( 5 rounds in total). Even though i sent an follow up email, HR just vanished. Shows no respect to candidate
6 stages with various members of the team. Third stage was a presentation, based on a fairly simple brief to show consultative skills and tech knowledge. Mostly asked similar questions, with a slight nuance based on their specific viewpoint.

Entretien
There were five rounds from HR, Hiring Manager, Department Head, Cross Function Colleague, and Global Head. Process was quick and seamless. Finally I got the offer but they did not offer some room for negotiation and push to confirm within less than a day.
