Absolutely shocking. Applied online, got a phone call from the recruiter which I missed, and there was no follow-up by email. Rang the number back and asked if we could arrange a call at a time that suited us both, as they were busy.
They agreed, and sent me a video call invite for a day and time of their choosing, which I wouldn't be available for. I asked if we could reschedule, and they said they didn't know what scheduling would be like in the next few weeks, but that I should check back in with them later to see what roles were open.
They then phoned me anyway at the time of the interview they initially proposed.
Make it make sense.

No ha sido bueno sinceramente. Me da la sensación que no es un ambiente muy ameno de trabajo y que su cultura no es la mejor. Al menos esa es la impresión luego de hablar con el recruiter.

One of the more organized and communicative interview processes i've been a part of recently. Throughout my experience with them, they were very good at establishing expectations, I always knew what the next step was. Things moved very efficiently.
