Entretien
The interview process was extremely unprofessional with no structure whatsoever. Due all my interviews I was told by the interviews that TikTok has no structure, no work life balance and a terrible competitive culture. During the interview I was told that the job description in the job spec was different to what I would actually be doing.
The interviews were not prepared and it seemed like they made the questions up on the spot as they were confused by their own questions.
The one positive aspect of the interview was I was warned not to join.

If there was a problem with our platform how would you fix it?
Interviewer was not focused during the interview. Was not very interested and seem indifferent. Did alot of research on it and gave plenty of examples on how I can contribute to the role but seem like he was not convinced
Applied -> Phone screen -> Manager Screen
Did not end up getting past the manager screen, but it was overall nice conversations around the role, past experiences, and going over the program management process.

four rounds behavioral: recruiter, team lead, org lead, other team lead and an oa. the process too around 2 months, hr was very slow at responding and the process was pretty unstructured and unorganized.
