There was a quite casual atmosphere. First interview was on the telephone. Then, I had an interview via Zoom. The questions were easy for a freshener. The mission and vision of the company is the one thing you should know.

The interview process was very smooth and quick. I got regular updates after every round. I had one round with the HR and one with the hiring manager, both were very nice and supportive.

They asked me about my previous experiences, and how I can contribute to the role.
3 interviewes. base on company’s core values and asks which one is your favourite and why. they are all online and it’s also competency based interviews. do some research about company

Entretien
The question are pretty usual, but the process are pretty long, total four interview session. First HR, then with the indonesia team and last with the China team. You are also required to download a special application called "Lark" prior to the Interview
