The interview starts with an introduction and explaining the job. They also let you know about themselves and what they do. Then they start asking questions. They ask you to tell them a little about yourself and your experience. They also expect you to ask them questions at the end.

Phone interview just gave overview of the job and asked what I was looking for. Pretty standard at the beginning. The person said they would set up a time for the next round for the following week. I never heard back.
