The interview process was fast but very disorganised and disrespectful.
I was at the last round with the hiring manager and the HR was also present. The hiring manager did not bother to turn on the camera/video even though it was a final round of interview and the HR and myself were switching on the camera/video. The interviewer was late for the interview for half hour, sounded very tired and did not even have my updated CV/resume with her. It was evident as the hiring manager thought I was in one of my previous companies even though I have already changed job 6 months ago. The hiring manager also mentioned explicitly she did not have my other interview feedback which I believed that she should have access and checked prior to the interview.
Otherwise I would not have proceeded to the final round. I went through at least 2 -3 rounds before the final round and the previous interviewers had also told me they had their previous feedback in their system so there was no reason why this hiring manager at the final round did not have it and did not prepare / read beforehand to avoid repetitive interview questions. I even asked whether her internet connection was OK which she said it was and yet still decided to not turn on the camera at all. She also cut me off a few times without listening and then ended up I was asked to repeat myself. Some of the things I have already explained to the HR who was also one of the interviewers but she asked me to repeat again because she was late for the interview. I also felt I was not assessed fairly and that the interview ended very abruptly.
Overall, it was a very negative experience with the hiring manager as she really sounded rude, unprepared and did not bother to really listen to the candidate answers at all. She seemed like she was busy with other work and did not read my CV at all. The interview questions were also not thoughtful and seemed to be asked just on the spot, without preparation too.

Got to the third and final round (sort of). Recruiter screen, interview with hiring manager, interview with manager's peer, and third round with someone who I also believe was the manager's peer. It was a very drawn out process with weeks in between each stage and waiting to hear something. I never got the third round interview scheduled. The recruiter reached out to me weeks after my second round for my availability, we confirmed a time over email and she said she'd follow up with details, and never did. I had grown tired of the process so did not follow up. Recruiter seemed kind, but maybe overworked.
