They dragged the onsite interviews for weeks. The whole onsite process took more than a month to end. You had to pass each round to move to the next one. Passed all rounds, despite crazy scheduling time (some interviews were setup at 8 pm my time). Got ghosted afterwards for weeks.
Once I got an offer from another company, I emailed the recruiter again. This time they got back and scheduled a call with hr. Got a rejection the day after. Funny thing was that I answered all questions completely. No idea why got rejected. Terrible hiring pipeline. They have no respect for candidate time and after dragging you for so long don't even bother to tell you why you got rejected despite doing great in the interviews.

Entretien
The first 30 minutes are dedicated to discussing past projects, with the interviewer occasionally interrupting to ask specific questions (to test your understanding). The remaining 30 minutes involve solving a LeetCode coding question (Dynamic Programming).

Both gave a self-introduction, then started asking some machine learning questions regarding classification problems, metrics, and then did a live coding problem, ending with a question round for the interviewer.

Entretien
2 technical interview and will be one more interview I guess. The interviewer said the the total interviews are <= 3. I got a refrerral, I think I can get less interview.
