One of the best interview experiences I’ve had. Each interviewer was smart, genuinely engaged, asked super sharp questions and communicated great passion for TikTok and vision for its future. But after 4 interviews over a two month process, I was told that I did not secure the role without receiving any explanation or constructive feedback. It’s not a great way to leave things off.
