Many zoom interviews, unclear communication as to how long the process would take. Pretty disorganized. Had to do a mini project and present it, went 6 rounds and in the final round was rejected due to salary expectation. Should have asked immediately.

HR screener interview. The interviewer was friendly and posed the standard screening interview questions such as, tell me about yourself, run me through your resume, why TikTok. They also spent a good amount of time describing the scope of the role and structure of the team at a local and regional level. Overall positive experience.
