It is very smooth and quick. I had 3 interviews in 1 week and HR was fast in responding to my questions.
I'm a Recruiter myself but I definitely learned new things during the recruitment process with Tiktok

4 round interviews with hiring managers and hrbp
- mainly asked the same questions among all the interviewers, need to be prepared with answering the same questions for all the interviewers. should also have some sort of familiarity with the different hiring channel

30 minute phone screen with the recruiter, pretty straight forward questions. Nice flow to our conversation. I would be sure to be prepared to walkthrough your experience and explain how you use data to help recruit.
I didn't make it pass the recruiter screen and when I got rejected it came from a no reply email vs the recruiter themselves. Would have been a nice touch if they sent a more personal email coming from them

However, in my case, I had two additional stages to assess my cultural fit and career aspirations.
The interview panels were very pleasant, friendly, and accommodating.
