My personal experience with the interview process for this particular role from start to end was surprisingly smooth and very pleasant (compared to reviews here and friends' experiences). Follow ups from recruiter for interview results and setting up the next session was done VERY promptly. Help and feedback was also provided by recruiter upon request. All in all a very supportive process! Interviews itself were straightforward and simple and consists of 3 rounds via Zoom. There was a lot of sharing from the interviewer's side too so it was more like a conversation. I got a pretty clear picture about what the role entails from it, which I appreciated. Feels like they were genuinely keen on finding a good fit both ways. Interviewers were all very friendly and kind.
