20 minute interview, very engaging and supportive. They allowed me to take my time in answering and calmed my nerves as I was extremely nervous. Preparation is definitely key to interviewing at TikTok although it is a relatively new company so there isn't a lot of content for interviewees out there.

Large companies can learn how different departments work together to complete different projects. It's very structured，but the work is stressful. The company benefits are very good. It’s an opportunity to learn about the structure of a large company.

Since it was an interview for the internship, they were kinda lowkey lowkey, but I would recommend to be well prepared, know your resume, know the job description, practice until you feel confident.
