J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez TikTok
Entretien
This was by far the worst interview experience I have ever had. Had a phone screen with a talent partner who was late, condescending, implied I was desperate for any job after I explained I was laid off due to COVID-19, unable to describe the basics of the team, and clearly did not review my background. She also encouraged me to review open marketing roles even though I have 6+ years of Account Management experience.
I was completely ghosted after the phone screen.
Hr called me, asked me a few questions, intro, why you leave your current company, are you actively looking for new opportunities etc. The interview progress is smooth, and pass me to hiring manager round very smoothly.
5 stages, very long process but they do it quickly if they want you. good compensation, very good benifits. the interviews are also not horrid, they ask reasonable questions. oh my god why does it need to be so long
J'ai passé un entretien chez TikTok (Los Angeles, CA)
Entretien
The interview process for the Account Manager role at TikTok was straightforward and professional. It began with an initial recruiter screen, followed by a more technical round focused on account management. The team provided clear insights into their structure and expectations, making the entire experience feel organized and transparent from start to finish.
