first round was HR screening, then next round is talking with head of business operations in a vertical department. The third round was meeting the whole team of content creator community operations. I didn't make it to the forth round.

Do analysis on the current activity rate in our gaming content creator community, and find out the reasons behind the pattern. Why engagement was down
The interview process began with a strong focus on my past experience, followed by detailed questions about my data-related skills and the specific projects I have worked on, with an emphasis on how I applied technical tools and analytical thinking to solve real business problems and deliver measurable impact.
Overall, I had a very positive experience interviewing with Baidu. The process was well-structured, professional, and efficient from start to finish.
The interviewers were knowledgeable and respectful, and they created a comfortable environment that allowed for open discussion rather than a one-sided evaluation.
3 rounds with HR + managers. Nothing difficult, just job related questions to see if how you'd be fit for the role. Many situational questions that you can prepare in advance. They'll ask you about your motivations too.
