I got a message on LinkedIn and we schedulded a first interview. The interview itself was alright. The lady that interviewed me was friendly and I learned about the role. What I rate negatively though: I never heard back from them again, although she promised she'd let me know about the outcome of my interview on the same day. I find this highly unprofessional.
