got job suggestion from LinkedIn sent my resume to Asia head Global HR got interview details and company role description via email phone screening for 15 minutes 1st interview with team lead for 1 hour

I received this job posting through Linkedin. The HR employee of ByteDance who reached out to me smoothed out the interview process so I was able to book the 1st interview in about a span of a week. The 1st interview was pretty long (Zoom interview for about 40-50 minutes) and they asked me a series of meaningful/profound questions. They seemed dedicated to get to the bottom of me and whether I was a right fit for the role.
