I applied in store (Winter Springs) and Online and they called me about a week later and the General Manager was kind of rude on the phone but I got an interview for the next day and they guy who called me didnt do my interview the other manager did (super nice and chill guy) I asked a question about pay and he said training week Id get paid min wage and then get "bumped up" I asked what the bump up was and he just kinda avoided and said bump up. I straight up told him Im making 10 an hour at my current job and would like to work here because its closer to my apartment and I was like can you match 10 an hour and he wrote it on my application and was like I dont see why not. All of that lasted less than 6 minutes and they said they'd give me a call in a couple of days.

Showed up and told the cashier I was here for a interview, she said to wait one moment while she checks with the manager. She comes back and says he will be out soon, Manager One is in the kitchen helping the other staff, Manager Two is on the way. I am offered a drink while I wait. Manager One comes to do half the interview, asks me very easy stuff, no pressure at all. Says he likes my attitude and that the other manager will be here to finish the rest, and then she shows up. I'm asked more in depth questions, but nothing difficult, pay, availability, that stuff. She says her and the other manager both like how I present myself and I'm offered the job on the spot.
