Really bad. They clearly did not have an accurate job description. My HR screening interview ghosted me so I went straight to the hiring manager who clearly did not illustrate what she was looking for. I was not qualified yet she continued the interview by asking questions irrelevant to the job description. I'd give good concise answers back and she'd respond "hm.ok". This is why you have an HR screening interview, good to have people with people skills interviewing applicants first.
