Previous experience a plus but not a must. What you wear matters. Interviewer was genuine in wanting to find the right person. How you carry yourself is more important than your answers.

Just applied and they called me asking for my availability. Then they called later to tell me which day I would be coming in. There wasn't many questions for the interview.
