Stay far away. I was ghosted after 5 rounds with Tiger Analytics over the course of 2 months. Here's the timeline: Sep 19: Applied for the role Sep 20: HR screen Sep 22: Live-code session with a senior manager Sep 26: Technical round with a client representative within Tiger (the interview was to see if I'd be a good fit for a specific client of theirs) Sep 29: Technical round with a senior data scientist After this point the HR rep ghosted me. I followed up once a week since the prior rounds happened quickly and went well. Oct 23: I dropped a LinkedIn DM to the gentleman that interviewed me on Sep 29 - on the off-chance that I'll get at least some answers. While he didn't reply, the HR rep called me the next day "coughing" over the phone - saying she's been sick. Okay.. She then wants to schedule a fifth and final technical screen with the person that would be my manager if I'm hired - FOR THE SAME DAY. Thankfully I had time (and need the money) so I accepted. Oct 24: Technical round with manager. Since then I called back on the same number and emailed numerous times for a few weeks. Silence.. Save your time and stay away, this company doesn't value the time of its applicants, which should tell you how much they'll care about you once you're hired.
