Awful experience.
The actual interview process was smooth and quick, meeting multiple members of the team providing great insight into future plans and current team dynamics.
I received an offer which I accepted, contracts were signed by myself and Tide however they pulled the role after a disagreement they had with the recruitment agency who had placed me.
The day rate offered was questioned as they claim to have thought the day rate agreed included the recruitment agency fee too, which is a complete lie as the contract I received from Tide included the confirmed day rate (you only see your agreed rate not both agency fee and your own salary/day rate).
My annoyance is not that the contract was pulled, as unfortunately this happens, whether budgets are pulled or the work is no longer needed, I am annoyed that they lied about the reasons why and used this as an excuse.
Furthermore they stated that they will take a call with me to discuss what happened, however it has been over 3 weeks and I have received no contact from anyone at Tide, despite my efforts to get in touch.
My advice to candidates interviewing at Tide would be to be careful when accepting any offers, as I pulled out of 2 other final stage interviews when I received the contract from Tide and now those opportunities are gone.

The interview process was very transparent. I had gone through 3 rounds of interview. All the interviewers made me comfortable during the interview process. I was informed well in advance about the interview dates. In all it was a nice interaction with all the interviewers.

Interview process is very lean and transparent, there were around 3 rounds and all the panelists were very polite. There was a practical assessment too. There was a cross functional interview in the process which gave me an idea of other stakeholders I will be working with.

I have got a call from the TA team and explained to me about the interview process and about the company. I have shown interest and there have been 4 interviews and that went very smooth and the process completed within a week's time.
