Submitted an online application and resume. Interviewed by the VP and Senior Developer. Interviewers were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Both have decades of experience with software development. I was provided a tour of the office along with an explanation of the job, benefits and expectations. Initial job offer was given by phone call and followed up with an official offer letter.
