1) Manual Paper Test
2) Telephone interview
3) Interview with 2 mangers
4) Then online referral verification of 2 managers and 3 co-workers.
The process too 5 weeks back and forth. They wanted to know what my current salary was and what was my expected salary. I don't understand why they wanted to know that when they told me the salary was $11.50/hour non-negotiable.

Lengthy and tedious interview process, too many rounds of interviews, intelligence test, typing test, and requires 5 different references (they will call them)
You're brought to different interviewers after you finish your first one, and the process lasts about 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Entretien
I had a phone interview, knowledge test, and one other interview with a person from the call center. It was a very easy process. Although the IQ test was weird they put you in a conference room with about 10-15 other people to take the test.
