Very unplanned interview and unmatured interview I have given in years of my career. They don't know what the open position requirements. They don't even want to know what your past experiences are. FOr a Principal Software Engineer they just want to code like a coder!!! For me it looked like they just have few very critical problems in their current projects and the team inside doesnot have any clue on how to solve it. So they called for interviews and try to find out the solution only for those two specific problems at hand. Unethical and unprofessional interviews.
