I submitted my resume online, they called me down for an interview asking what my hobbies are, how do you perform during stressful times, etc. I showed them my school projects to prove I have some experience with programming. Then they called me up for a 2nd round to ask if I'm sure if I have the passion to work for them full-time. Entire process took around 2 weeks mainly because my schedule was quite full else could have been shorter.
