They begin with two 30 minute phone interviews. Then there is a zoom call (pandemic times) then they make complete a 1. Marketing Launch Plan
2. Market Surveys (unlicensed candidate)
3. Prospect Inventory
These basically ask you to list names phone # and addresses of 150 people that you know. Then you must call 30 of those people to ask them specific questions they provide you. It is very strange. I withdrew after they wanted this. If i did fill out the spreadsheet of everyone I knew, I would get finger printed and I would speak with the CEO.

Multiple round interviews. Initially met with the marketing directors, then came on-site for live interviews. Final interviews were over the phone. Nothing technical, more mindset focused, making sure you are a right fit for the team.
