It was casual, very short, and asked very few questions about work ethic or me before deciding their decision. Very enthusiastic in email conversations but sometimes things felt rushed out not fully prepared

The interview process was pretty basic. There were only 2 rounds but there was a lot of bad communication going on. Was supposed to start one week and they ghosted for a full week. Ultimately I tried it and the job wasn't for me.

Entretien
Super short and laid back. The interview is over the phone and is not very professional, so don't be nervous about it. It lasted maybe 7 minutes and I answered like two questions and was told I was hired. Short and sweet.
