3 step process, had an initial screening call with another manager, then a personality test was sent through email and finally the last round interview was a presentation over teams with talent recruiter and commercial manager

Entretien
Initial call with hiring manager for 30 minutes then presentation and competency based question interview for 1,30 minutes.
Slow process. Took way too long for them to get back. Unprofessional.

Entretien
A chaotic process overall. My application sat in the system for several weeks before I was eventually contacted after a friend I had working there followed up with the recruiter. Contact was sporadic from that point onwards and they didn't return calls or emails etc. on time. I had the feeling that the recruiter was disorganised at best. I went through a couple of different interviews and the people within the business itself seemed pleasant and capable. The process took a number of weeks and I eventually got an offer but decided to go with a different company.
