Applied online, had zoom interview with the store manager.
Can’t say I was too impressed being interviewed by someone in a grubby tshirt. Overall experience was quite unprofessional and certainly not what I was expecting. Frankly happy I wasn’t chosen to progress as would have rejected the offer.

Very simple, easy to apply and straight forward interview questions. They are straight to the point and provide good feedback. Clear role expectations. I would highly recommend this role too.

Online assessment. Fairly straight forward questions about customer service. Personality test too to see if you're a good fit. Are you hardworking, take credit, team player etc.? Scenario based questions are easy but can fall into traps if not reading questions carefully.
