Went through a recruiter and the process took a week. Got called for interview with recruiter and then had to perform a competency test. I was offered a position after another employee withdrew from the process. The recruiter was very helpful and put me forward for the role. This contract lasted 3 months.

Entretien
Video interview, phone interview and then assessment at contact centre, very detailed feedback incredibly useful. The application/interview process is daunting at first but they base their opinions on your ability rather than your cv or qualifications alone.
