Interview process was lengthy, but thorough and insightful. Process consisted of 2 face to face interviews, tasks and personality tests. Recruiting staff were pleasant, and told me what to expect at each stage. The process was a great way for Threads Styling to gain a deeper understanding of who I am. And also a great way for me to understand how the company works, to see if I align with their working culture and values, and to decide whether or not the position was is me.
