I am very impressed with the interview process at the company they generally care about candidates and they will update you weekly on your application . When you will get to the interview stage with designers and developers they will ask you a lot of interesting questions which will reveal how you think as a designer as well as your personality.

The process consisted of five rounds of interviews, along with a design challenge. What impressed me most was how much Threads values candidates' time and effort. The design challenge they presented was thoughtfully crafted to be completed within a reasonable timeframe of 4 to 6 hours, demonstrating their respect for candidates' schedules and commitments.
