I have applied to ThoughtWorks STEP from my college it is basically for diploma students.First i have written a offline written test after selecting in the test the next round is telephonic interview after that final interviews take place there are basically 1 round if you perform good in 1st round you will be able to select for second round in first round they ask questions on basic C programming and Aptitude Questions like Probability, Work & Time, Time & Distance, etc . They give you time to solve problems and create a friendly Enviornment. if you don't know answers they you can ask them hint for the logics. total time for 1st round had over 1hr 45mins after that they told to wait and they said i have selected to 2nd round . in second round they were mostly knowing about myself and then where as HR was testing by behavior by saying me i am lazy and repeating it upto 5 - 10 times and testing how would i react. it was my first interview and total time for both first and second round was around 4 hours. i used to practice a hard question of c programming in leet code because i dont know where can i get interview questions to do practice but at the interview they asked me basic questions if you are seeing this review just go and practice basic programming questions and improve aptitude reasoning by doing hard problems in those dont worry and all the best if are able to pass the test the only reason i am writing this review because it will be helpful to other members like you who are reading this and i am posting all the questions asked me in the interview and also i am posting the questions which they were asked for my friend i you have any doubts you can ask me below i will respond as soon as possible. i was asked 5 questions in first round and 2 questions in seecond round.
