J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Thoughtworks (Bucarest, ) en déc. 2024
Entretien
I've applied twice for a similar role in the past year or so.
The first time it was structured as follows:
- an HR discussion (casual, very open-ended which is appreciated)
- a live coding session (more of a pair programming exercise with the interviewer)
- a 'company values alignment' discussion (think Google's 'Googleyness' interview phase)
After passing the last stage of the interview, they said they'd get back to me. However, what ended up happening is the target project had chosen another candidate and due to company restructuring (mind you, this was not mentioned to me prior at all), they were not allowed to forward an offer at the time. Second time around, it started with the recruiter not even joining the initial HR discussion.
I can only speak from my experience, but I'd exercise caution due to the shown lack of professionalism across multiple occasions.

Entretien
The interview consists of two rounds and takes about a month. It mainly asks about the understanding of the business and the ability to cooperate with others, and also includes some assessment of personal technical abilities
I was referred into Thoughtworks Bengaluru. After a basic HR screen, a PM grilled me on BA-style scenarios. After that, I prepped a two-day case study to roleplay a consultant.

friendly but efficiency, the interview process more emphasises on your experience, thought process and understanding of whole architecture, and any improvement can be made based on the scenario / case study
