J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Thoughtworks en sept. 2015

I applied directly to them online and had a phone interview with internal recruiter. The internal recruiter asked some general questions "tell me about your job" and then some scripted questions "how much time do you spend coding", "what do you think of agile" and then "what do you think of TDD".
I said I could see the value of TDD in certain situations but was not a TDD fanatic. Ultimately I value good design and well tested code - that may be the result of TDD or through other means. At this point the recruiter said that they always recommended TDD and as a principal wanted people to do the same. He then cut the interview short.
Feels like like they are looking for "cookie cutter" consultants.
