It is very descriptive wherein you're exposed to multiple scenarios and your thoughts are validated. This is to ensure that you're well-versed with the real world experience. Alongwith that you're domain knowledge is too tested. Thereby ensuring proper 360 degree knowledge.

Multiple rounds. 3 case study based rounds one leadership. Need to be detailed in answers and ask questions. They try to understand what is your thinking process. Panel will also try to try to challenge you to see you are sticking with your decision.
