I reached out to HR via LinkedIn who got back showing interest in my candidature. I had a total 7 rounds each lasting an hour approx - all done via zoom/telephone.
Round 1 - HR screening - they check your experience and ask a few basic questions to just understand whether you know what is mentioned in resume. Like I was asked what are the different agile ceremonies etc.
Round 2 - interview with a Lead Consultant - mostly around prior experience, some situational questions.
Round 3 and 4 - Case study rounds. Both done online - the panel posed as clients and I had to gather requirements around the problem, delineate the as-is process and then come up with a solution and a plan to achieve it. Emphasis is given on the thought process and the manner of solution presentation rather than finding the best solution
Round 5 - Leadership Round. Taken by a delivery principal. Questions are mostly around different work related situations, understanding what work I had done so far, how do I see myself going forward in TW
Round 6 - Social Change round. For me, this was taken by the same person in the same day as Leadership. This is more an informal discussion on a social issue and gauging the candidate's empathy quotient.
Round 7 (this was extra for me as I mentioned during the process my intention to be evaluated for a higher designation - which they graciously accepted). Was a case study round - only difference was this case was much more ambiguous - probably to check my level of comfort working independently with minimal data/on field support.
The rounds are not "difficult" nor theoretical - in fact they ask nothing is not a part of senior business analyst's repertoire. Key to navigating through is by communicating clearly, maintaining composure and thinking on your feet.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
case studies were on problem statements - declining sales/quality issues in business operations. or GTM for a new venture.
2 rounds of interview - one of them would be case study. Mostly on previous experience and scenario based questions. Case study round would be more of actual BA roleplay

Great interview experience. Quick responses, feedback was given timely after each stage. The interviews itself were very engaging, very smart and prepared people, asking challenging but fair questions. I loved the cultural interview.

4 rounds - 1 with HR, 1 technical assessment (conversation where they assess your BA theoretical + situational knowledge), 1 case study, and 1 cultural and leadership interview. The entire process took about 1 month.
Overall a fantastic experience; one of the most enjoyable interview experiences I've had. Next steps were always clear and came quickly (within 1 to 2 days), so you never really have to be in limbo for long. Interviewers were also very genuine and kind - they really want to get to know you and assess your fit for the company. They're also very helpful with answering any questions you may have, which really helps in understanding whether Thoughtworks is right for you.
