The recruiter shared a GitHub URL prior to the interview. Was expected to study the code and come prepared for the interview. During interview, the interviewer shared few requirements and asked to choose one. I choose one, and from there on the interviewer asked to make a lot of changes to the code. Basically the expectation is to refactor the code and not to complete the requirement and come up with output. The requirements is just a starting point to set the ball rolling.
