Thoughtworks was the first one to introduce DevOps to the world and had a great respect towards Martin Flower and his work. The interview process was excellent. Only disappointment with the people. Neither the interview panel nor with the HR. Tech Panel did not come on time and were too busy rushing out. Worst part is that meeting room wasn't even extended breaking the interview in the middle. My technical assignment wasn't reviewed for something that I spent 3 days out of my busy weekday schedule. The interview feedback was considered which was supposed to be considered. Thoughtworks, here is the feedback if you see this by any chance: Telephonic Screening by HR, followed by Technical Assignment with 3 days duration followed by a technical interview on campus. The technical interview was described as "Discussion" and not as a "Q&A" The 2 member panel panel did have good DevOps knowledge but primarily a Developer and the questions were way too vague to the extent that I did realize that I am not going to crack the interview but also found to be absurd. Especially one of the panel member had no clue on what he was asking, completely went out of touching only Cloud and nothing else and the half of the interview was supposed to be discussed on the technical assignment, which also did not happen. Probably I failed to answer their questions, I know it didn't go far.
