I applied in NYC office and they transferred to the UK one. Process took a long time and after I was given a written offer via email, they took it away. Horrible experience, but glad it was so.

I interviewed with Thoughtworks in 2019 and went through a take home exercise (that took at least 5 hours). They also had me do live exercises twice because the teams hadn’t compared notes so had me do it again. In one of the interviews, they forgot they had called me to the office and I was in conf room while 3 interviewers joined the call from home. Just left a bad taste for me. I didn’t get the job.

First round was a casual discussion and portfolio review round (60 minutes)
Second round was an awkward "roleplay" round (150 minutes)
Third round was the fitment round to see suitability in the organization.
