J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Thoughtworks (Pune) en déc. 2018
Entretien
I applied through their job portal for the position in Mumbai. Thoughtworks is planning to open an office in Mumbai for which I was being interviewd for. Very soon the HR had called for an initial chat and accordingly I was sent an online test for which I was given 2 days to complete. It was simple test and after that I was called to their Pune office. I was suggested to read the book on Refactoring written by Martin Fowler and based on which there would be a Pair Programming round and then a tech discussion round followed by the hr discussion. The Pair programming round was focussed only on how well the candidate can refactor the code at hand and not really on logic. The person in the pair programming focussed only on the points mentioned in the book by Martin fowler and had a purist vision based on which it was pretty difficult to explain to the interviewer. There were no logical or analytical questions. I was told that the I couldn't crack the pair programming round and hence there won't be any further rounds. It was disappointing as they had called me from Mumbai and deciding just based on one round wasn't appropriate. It was an average experience. The interview process was just had a 1 track flow and wasn't organized properly.
