First they asked you to share your experiences as a project manager. Basis this they ask you to come for a 2 day evaluation which they call as a workshop. This was a sheer waste of time. They kept discussing the Agile methodology very vaguely. Made a big show by writing down many worthless points on paper and sticking these as posters all over their meeting room walls. During this time the ThoughtWorks stalwarts manning the show were busy making mental notes of each participant. All through this farce people were kept guessing on who would get a call for the next level which is F2F interviews. Later all came to know that majority of the candidates selected were referred to ThoughtWorks by either existing employees or past employees.
The workfloor at ThoughtWorks is shoddy and is dark and gloomy. Also, at the end of the day they are a services company. Therefore their pay scales are not commensurate with the pompous and showy selection process.
If you are a senior applying for management positions then you should avoid going to their show. Only if you are working for very small companies, unsure of your future or have already been laid off you should give it a try since there is nothing to lose. However, leaving your cushy job for ThoughtWorks is the biggest blunder you could ever do.
This is a services company who undertakes projects from customers only if they agree to do them following the Agile (Extreme Programming to be specific) methodology. So they have a razor thin clientele. Not sure how safe it is for people who come on bench.

Decent experience, case helps to demonstrate the experience. Takes holistic perspective, they do care about you as a person rather than just skills and experience. Overall a rich conversation with some great interview panel

Interview had around 4 rounds, although the scheduling system and documents do not tally. 1) recruiter screening 2) technical screening 3) office interview (but its online)/case study 4) leadership and culture interview
Overall HR was helpful and prompt, however i come to realise its only if they are interested in you. Responses provided with 1-2 business days. However I was ghosted since my laat interview and never heard back, not very well done and typical asian style.
Sessions went well, however for case study interview, interviewer spent a long time sharing his journey and asking alot of background questions. During the case study presentation, he cut me off while i was presenting asking to cover 1-2 slides and I had to rush through midway, wasn't tracking the time but im sure i wasnt given the full 30mins to share. This was also the feedback given to me that i didnt present the content in detail later on. Throughout the session, it seemed like he was finding a specific type of PM that was like him and nothing else. I did not think that my presentation was poorly done, the deck I had spent significant effort in putting together.
Ask for feedback towards the end of the interview, and he said it was thorough and had great visual elements (journey, future experience) but he also said later portions were rushed (which was by his own design as he asked me to rush through due to time). Did not hear from anyone, even after i reached out to HR. Ghosted.

Initial screening interview, followed by a case study around a client scenario for which I had to prepare for a couple of days. I recommend you proactively ask what they are looking to test with the case study. Lastly, leadership interview.
