J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Thoughtworks (Barcelone) en janv. 2017
Entretien
I was chased for months by one of their recruiters as they needed to fill one pretty-specific technological role for which I was a perfect match.
After a couple of months, I accepted to interview even though I wasn't interested in ThoughtWorks, but could use the practice for future interviews.
First, a programming assignment which was easy and not too time-intensive. I got positive feedback.
Then, a technical interview with 2 of their employees, which also was very positive.
Then it comes the fun part.
A "Social Justice" interview where you're basically thrown into a couple of political activists that will ask you loaded political questions. A few minutes into the interview it was already clear to me that they did not like me, as they were completely misinterpreting my answers.
Overall an awful experience for an interview. Months later the position was still available.
If you apply be ready to work in a company that does political profiling of their employees.
