J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Thoughtworks (Bengaluru) en juin 2017

Had a face to face interview ( after 2 rounds of telephonic interviews). It went for around one and half hrs. The only reason for applying for Thoughtworks leaving all the big companies behind was its people & their work culture. On the contrary , I met & was interviewed by someone who was rude , cold and unprofessional.Right from offering a hand shake with the left hand with a coffee mug on the right(dont know if that was considered cool ?!) until the end , the interviewer was sort of dominating and was behaving as if I have approached for a loan.In many occasions ,I was stopped even before finishing a sentence. Was rejected at the end stating that I lacked BA skills (where I was not allowed to speak or express myself fully !).Could have been done in a much better way.
Sorry TW. Never again.
2 rounds of interview - one of them would be case study. Mostly on previous experience and scenario based questions. Case study round would be more of actual BA roleplay

Great interview experience. Quick responses, feedback was given timely after each stage. The interviews itself were very engaging, very smart and prepared people, asking challenging but fair questions. I loved the cultural interview.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Thoughtworks
Entretien
4 rounds - 1 with HR, 1 technical assessment (conversation where they assess your BA theoretical + situational knowledge), 1 case study, and 1 cultural and leadership interview. The entire process took about 1 month.
Overall a fantastic experience; one of the most enjoyable interview experiences I've had. Next steps were always clear and came quickly (within 1 to 2 days), so you never really have to be in limbo for long. Interviewers were also very genuine and kind - they really want to get to know you and assess your fit for the company. They're also very helpful with answering any questions you may have, which really helps in understanding whether Thoughtworks is right for you.
